Over the last decade, I have worked in a range of work supporting global FinTech ecosystem development to leading growth for a Software as a Service (SaaS) product which completed a successfully multi-million-pound acquisition.Currently, as Head of Growth (Health & Life Sciences) at Corlytics (Global RegTech), I am responsible for spearheading our expansion into the H & LS vertical. Since the acquisition of the RegHub business from Deloitte, I have built this sector for the business - managing the P&L, orchestrating a high-performing cross-functional team, and delivering significant CARR growth in with the initial sector launch.My experience over the years include: Scaling to Exit: I played a critical role in the senior leadership of an in-house RegTech solution at Deloitte leading to significant multi-million ARR growth, resulting in a successful strategic acquisition by Corlytics.Commercial Leadership: Significant career sales revenue, with a track record of securing multi-year, multi-million-pound agreements with Tier-1 global institutions in Financial Services and Health and Life Sciences.Ecosystem Strategy: Deep experience advising governments (Scotland, Saudi Arabia, Canada) on FinTech cluster development and digital transformation frameworks.Technical Foundation: A First Class Honours background in Mathematics and Physics combined with the Oxford Strategic Management Executive Programme allows me to bridge the gap between complex engineering and Board-level strategy.Let’s connect to discuss scaling maturity, regulatory technology, or the evolving Health & Life Sciences landscape.
