Significant experience with building, transforming, and integrating finance and shared service teams in publicly traded company environments and with private equity-sponsored platform builds after successfully completing over 25 meaningful M&A transactions.With over 30 years of experience and a proven track record in the engineering, construction, industrial services and real estate development sectors, Chris Panichi joined TRP Infrastructure Services to become the company’s chief financial officer after serving as CFO of TriplePoint MEP where he successfully completed its purchase and sale to Stellex Capital. Just prior to this, Chris served on the Board of NuScale Power Corporation (NYSE: SMR), the global leader in light water small modular nuclear reactors. In addition to leading NuScale’s $1.9 billion transaction to take the company public in 2022, Chris also served as Fluor Corporation’s (NYSE: FLR) SVP of corporate finance, responsible for all mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activity. Prior to re-joining Fluor in 2019, Chris worked closely with private equity sponsors, serving as CFO for several portfolio companies, including Therma (now Legence, NASDAQ: LGN), a leading full-service design-build specialty mechanical contractor and fabricator, Industrial Service Solutions, one of the largest private providers of industrial services in the United States, and Brinderson, a full-service engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance company. Chris spent the first 15 years of his career at Fluor in positions of significant progressive responsibility in the areas of finance, accounting, procurement, project controls, sales and marketing, and strategic planning. Chris holds a BBA from Texas A&M University as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Leads the finance and information services function via a team of 40+ through 6 direct reports.
