Led the planning, design and execution of all strategic communications in support of BMO Financial Group’s $4.1 billion acquisition of Milwaukee-based M&I Bank. Served as Integration Management Office Communications Lead to craft enterprise-wide 18-month integration communications plan, develop message tracks, and implement detailed 100-day tactical work plans to communicate with key stakeholders. Led Employee Communications campaign in support of the bank’s re-branding following the acquisition to build vision, culture and values of the new combined bank.
