About Chris Johnson
As Director of Advisor Marketing and Communication, I lead Janney’s PCG Marketing team, who work with Janney Financial Advisors and their teams on planning, developing and executing their marketing plans.I am also responsible for researching and selecting vendor platforms to streamline marketing efforts for Financial Advisors. I am an advocate for using digital communication tools, and led the transition of the Financial Advisor social media and website platforms to Hearsay Systems, a leader in the financial services digital marketing field.I joined Janney in October of 2013 after 8 years in the Marketing/ Promotions department of CBS Radio Philadelphia. In addition to planning events and running contests for CBS Radio, I worked alongside the sales department in developing media plans for business owners and marketing professionals.
