I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Building Surveying, as well as the Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and Associate Fire Engineer (AIFireE) credentials.I have managed complex and specialised projects for clients such as the University of Plymouth, the NHS Trust, and the Ministry of Defence, applying my expertise in Approved Document B, HTM 05-02, and other standards and guidance. I also collaborate and consult with the local Fire and Rescue service, as well as other stakeholders, to facilitate design team clinics and site inspections. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and compliant solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients.
