Led 5-year journey remediating 2.25MM deposit accounts with missing signature cards, saving 70% from closure. Drove key UI/UX improvements for account ownership changes, overdraft protection, signature card digital detour. Directed complex effort with multiple dev teams to retire overdraft protection fees, closing 4 major issues. Launched 30-day tactical fix to ensure youth accounts received the appropriate account conversion letter at age 18. Developed “step-change” improvement to PI Planning process for all of deposits organization.
