With a background in marketing, technology, operations, and business development, Chris currently works with a team of top healthcare technologists at CareEco, working to grow the business side of the organization. He seeks to bring optimistic passion, empathic leadership, and inspiring results to every project that he undertakes through intentional communication, a willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset.In 2015, he helped to start a mentorship program called the Oak Project that pairs young leaders with experienced mentors for the purpose of personal growth and self-development. The Oak Project has over 350 individuals that have been through the program in the last 5 years. Our program pairs groups consisting of 1 mentor and 2 mentees that meet once a month for a year. These groups discuss variety of personal, professional, relational, and spiritual topics during their time together, with the goal of growing from each other\'s experiences.
