   Manage Independent Credit Review and Enterprise Risk Management Teams- Lead Independent Credit Review of all Commercial and Consumer business units (21)- Identify direct, indirect, and emerging credit related risk along with improvement recommendations throughout the Bank - Confirm external reviewer documentation and analysis (i.e. reports, workpapers, etc) provide adequate support for conclusions- Provide senior management and the Board of Directors with information regarding the identification, measurement, and management of credit risk quarterly (ICR activity and Portfolio Asset Quality)- Monitor annual ICR plan progress and changes- Manage third party credit reviewers, engagement budget / staffing - My regular interaction with BU leaders is establishing rapport with our key stakeholders. Listening to wants and needs, then delivering on key initiatives is enhancing my credibility. My style is collaborative, but commands respect. Leveraging this enables me to act in the best interest of GRC, my team and the Bank.
