I am the Managing Partner and Chair of the Corporate, M&A & Business Transactions Group at Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP, where I lead a team advising business owners, investors, developers, and entrepreneurs on the transactions and legal strategies that shape growing companies. My practice is centered on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, commercial contracting, corporate governance, and commercial real estate matters. I work closely with privately held companies through the full business lifecycle — from formation and growth, to strategic acquisitions, capital events, operational counseling, and exit. Clients value practical judgment, responsiveness, and a business-minded approach. I focus on helping clients move efficiently, solve problems early, and structure deals in a way that supports the broader objective — not just the document in front of us. I am especially passionate about building high-performing teams, long-term client relationships, and modern legal service models that are strategic, efficient, and highly responsive. Outside the office, I’m a husband, father of three, and an active member of the Orange County business and legal community.
