I am grateful and driven. I’ve been fortunate to build a successful career at Scotiabank, which has afforded me a fulfilling life. While hard work, determination, and resilience played a role, they weren’t the sole reasons for my success. The guidance of mentors has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. True mentorship is rooted in care—mentors who genuinely care about their mentees hold themselves accountable for their success, both professionally and personally. Throughout my career, I’ve had opportunities to take on various roles within Scotiabank, but I’ve chosen to remain in leadership positions. Why? Because I was lucky to have mentors who cared about me, and the best way to honor them is by paying it forward—helping others grow as a mentor or confidant. The Financial Planners team exemplifies this vision by balancing meaningful client relationships with the flexibility to manage their work and personal lives. My role is to equip them with the tools they need and remove barriers so they can thrive. The Financial Planner position offers stability through a base salary, commissions, bonuses, and long-term compensation for relationship management. It also provides the freedom to select and retain clients, fostering lasting connections. I’m currently expanding our Financial Planner team in Brantford, London, Windsor, and surrounding areas.
