KLS Martin\'s daily operational duties have grown immensely since I was hired back in 2018. With the booming day-to-day, there is a need for development efforts to further enrich KLS Martin\'s success within IPS, such as new products, product improvements, new processes, process improvements, and new services. As a division manager, I have been tasked with starting a new department focused solely on the strategic execution of these development efforts. Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset, we initiate, manage, and execute projects aimed at delivering solutions to give KLS Martin competitive advantages.
