Implemented project management framework to streamline how the Enterprise Applications teams interface with each other and with partner teams such as Platform and Networking, including establishing a unified 2-week sprint cadence. • Built processes based around scalability and self-empowerment. Where possible, introduced automation and self-service capabilities, and where not, provided training and guidance to empower teams to be more self-sufficient. • Served on two Strike Teams; one designed to identify opportunities to improve company-wide communication best practices, and the other to identify and coordinate training opportunities to develop our organization’s capabilities. • Several key projects include: o New Global Intranet - Implemented new global intranet for employees, contractors, temps across the world- Ensured companywide SSO access, integrated with optimal user management system, and established plan for transitioning pages built using pre-existing technical integrations- Presented the business value, design approach, and go-live strategy to SLT including ABK’s CIO. o MuleSoft Implementation - Successfully implemented a hybrid GCP on-prem/cloud-based MuleSoft implementation, transitioning a dozen API integrations from TIBCO to MuleSoft. o Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade & Platinum Patching o Quarterly Release (Ongoing)- Manage quarterly cycle for interdependent work between globally distributed cross-functional teams including Finance, FinPlan, HR, DBA, Development, Identity Management, and BI teams- Inherited legacy processes, identified and implemented opportunities for improvement, built a roadmap, and am presently migrating numerous processes from diverse inputs (Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint) into Jira, and will be training the teams once migration is complete.
