Green Dot is also a leader in mobile technology and mobile banking with its award-winning GoBank mobile checking account. • Create weekly demand plan (shipment and POS forecasts) for several channels each with multiple retailers: mass merchants, grocery, convenience, drug, discount retailers, and distributors. • Perform feasibility studies for proposed promotions and post-mortem analysis of promotional events. • Conduct product mix and POG optimization studies for retailers across multiple channels to drive sales and maximize inventory turn • Served as Supply Chain lead for successful launch of multiple new products and retail partners including, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and several regional C-store chains. • Transitioned major distributor from “make to stock” to “make to order” replenishment model reducing Supply Chain costs associated with supporting distributor by 16%. • Developed model to forecast requirements for future merchandizing events and established process for managing event execution, resulting in an average POS lift of 12%.
