New City Homes was created out of a desire to our focus on improving urban neighborhoods through rehab, new construction, and providing support to the surrounding community. We are a real estate investment partner with a long term focus on improving communities by providing desirable, safe, and attainable housing solutions. We operate primarily in Central Ohio, however we will invest elsewhere from time to time.
