Capital Markets Consulting: Raised $28.6MM in Qualified Equity Investment from four Community Development Entities and $10MM from an additional lender for Hardee Fresh, an indoor agricultural vertical farming company, to open a 350K-square-foot plant in Americus, Georgia. Developed transaction pro formas and created legal, tax and economic frameworks. Startup Enterprise: Managed all aspects of a self-funded startup, Air Apparel, in the pharmaceutical sector. Developed prototype and secured design patent and trademark for a customized rescue inhaler cover. Created business model, financial pro formas and capital-raising pitch deck.
