Chris Jurgenliemk is a Professional Engineer working as a Project Engineer for Canadian Natural in Calgary, AB. He has worked in heavy industry for more than a decade focusing primarily on rotating and bulk material handling equipment.Chris received his Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia - Okanagan in 2014. He is a volunteer for the Calgary Pump Symposium organizing committee which hosts a biennial event bringing rotating equipment experts together for a two-day symposium. Away from the office he likes to spend time skiing, backpacking, biking, and camping; as well as doing his best to master the Dutch language.
