From small business owner to VP, my path has spanned hands-on execution, strategic leadership, and everything in between.As VP of Business Systems and Applications Technology at Industrial Electric Mfg.(IEM) — North America\'s leading independent manufacturer of electrical control systems — I lead the strategy and execution behind our enterprise applications, including Infor SyteLine, enterprise SaaS platforms, manufacturing execution systems, and continuous process improvement.
