Lead vision, sole-designer and co-frontend developer on a 4-person globally-distributed scrum team, dedicated to homegrown business productivity tooling – including Client Onboarding Quick Start Guide and TACO/Sidekick custom report generators.Quick Start Guide (QSG) application is an automated client experience for collecting necessary info for a successful implementation. Since inception in mid-2023, QSG has had 200+ clients resulting in ~$9MM in sales; 17% reduction in internal work hours logged; 18% reduction in cycle-time from opportunity won to go-live; 52% reduction in duration of data gathering onboarding stage YoY (Aug \'23-Jul \'24). Based on competitor discovery, this is a one-of-a-kind product in the industry.QSG started with proof-of-concept for select clients resulted in a 76-day return-time reduced to 24-48 hour form completion which highlights the medium change (emailed Excel vs web form), and direct-to-Salesforce integration enhancements. The MVP expanded to encompass all requirements of an implementation and saw a 15-20 week cycle-time reduced to 7 weeks. In our current version, have now optimized cycle-times YoY Aug 23-24 from 7 weeks to 3.5 weeks with a target of two-week, business days only, client completion.
