As the National Partner for the Pacific Region of the Crohn\'s and Colitis Foundation I work in partnership with Foundation leadership, chapter staff, community volunteers, and committees to harness their passion and skills to drive growth and success in event fundraising. Key focus areas include- Partner with chapter staff and event leadership in the region to co-create a regional strategy that will drive event revenue, maximize opportunities, and harness the passion of the volunteers- Serve as a key partner in the region by building relationships with staff, and volunteers while raising awareness, and sharing the mission impact of the Foundation- Monitor and evaluate campaign revenue performance for the Pacific Region through utilization of key performance indicators and data to adjust tactics, accurately forecast revenue, and meet fundraising targets- Strategically assess and evaluate the ROI of existing and potential new events- Provide and utilize feedback from chapter staff regarding strategies, tools, resources, and training to help enhance the national strategy.
