I am a board leader, strategic advisor, and three-time (3X) company founder with 25+ years of experience driving initiatives across operational performance, talent strategy and culture development, corporate turnaround and transformation, business development and growth, consulting, and learning for Fortune 100 brands. I leverage my entrepreneurial spirit, visionary leadership, and business strategy as a “partner in performance” to assist individuals, teams, and organizations in reaching their highest potential. I am known for creating sustainable results by solving complex problems, turning thoughts into action, and creating organizational alignment that establishes new pathways for a stronger work culture.I believe deeply in the adage: “By doing what you love, you AWAKEN and INSPIRE the hearts of others.” My professional and career expertise has centered on leading organizational change transformations focused on the human-side of business. Throughout my tenure as an outside consultant, three-time company founder, and business leader, I consistently generated improvements in customer experience, sales performance, and employee retention rates, all key impactors to corporate bottom-lines. After selling my consulting firm, IANSITI Performance Group, via acquisition to TiER1 Performance Solutions in 2017, I continued to manage business development, corporate strategy, and revenue growth to complete the acquisition.In 2022, I was elected to serve as the Board Chair for the Board of Trustees at the FSU Foundation which exists to build successful partnerships with FSU and its generous supporters across academic fundraising and financial stewardship. As Board Chair, I oversee the work of various committees and task forces to drive engagement. I also support governance, compliance, audit/risk management, financial stewardship, and fundraising.Previously, I served as the Board Chair for FSU’s College of Business Board of Governors. I am a proud alumnus of FSU, having earned my BS in Finance and MS in Instructional Systems. I am also the recipient of various honors, which include the College of Business Hall of Fame (2023), Outstanding Alumnus of the Year (2011) by the FSU College of Education and the Gagne/Briggs Outstanding Alumnus (2013).I seek to join a world-class organization as its board member where I can continue to leverage my experience in leading boards, building consensus, improving performance, driving best-in-class business relationships, and giving back to the next generation of leaders.
