My passion is to serve as an effective change agent promoting more meaningful information exchange and more importantly the utilization of that information in creating knowledge transformation for healthcare stakeholders. I strive to remove barriers to providers connecting deeply with patients and to support their delivery of exemplary care. My informatics and organizational change training, coupled with 24 years of experience as a clinician, educator, researcher, consultant, and executive, offer me a unique perspective of potential solutions. Through improved clinical and business reasoning supported by cutting-edge machine learning, business intelligence processes, and collaborative stakeholder engagement, we can deliver predictive insights and data-driven solutions that rapidly improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Overseeing the department of Business Intelligence and Innovation, I champion TAI’s efforts to continually optimize our processes, learn from data-driven insights, and improve our ability to more effectively serve our patients and clinical teams. In order to balance between the financial goals and service purpose of TAI, in all leadership decisions, I am responsible for keeping the perspectives of our patients and providers prominent. With that responsibility, I serve as a direct liaison between providers and TAI leadership. I am tasked with cultivating a culture of continually challenging the status quo, facilitating TAI’s ability to remain nimble and thriving.
