Hello! I\'m Chris Hensen and I am a Digital Technology Sales Specialist with Herc Rentals. Previously being promoted from Sales Operations Project Manager where I helped with the development and deployment of training strategies to our company chosen CRM tool, Salesforce. In this current role I train both internal and external users on our company’s new e-commerce platform, ProControl NextGen. I began my career at Herc Rentals 7 years ago as a Territory Sales Representative. Then pursuing new goals to help develop the companies sales operations team. My ongoing goal is to improve my teams experiences within the sales organization. The journey I’m have been on has provided many amazing opportunities. I am extremely thankful and excited to see where it takes me!Graduating from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration with minors in both Accounting and Supply Chain Management.
