Stobbs was founded in 2013 with the aim of becoming the world’s leading brand advisory company. To achieve this, we couldn’t just focus on answering legal questions. We thought the world of trademarking and IP needed a rethink… and that’s where we came in. We created the Intangible Asset Management category. We can advise across the whole issue, creating a true, integrated solution; and maximising impact by implementing across the full range of disciplines. We have an unrivalled breadth of expertise (including trademarks, copyright and designs, litigation, commercial contracts, disputes, licensing, online brand enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, domains and systems) and we are continuing to innovate and grow where the only extremes are the limits of our clients’ brands. We help brands protect their creativity and drive commercial success through (1) a holistic and strategic approach and (2) an imaginative and practical application of law. We provide the best advice, commercially-led, with no agenda, no waffle and no jargon.
