   Fulfills daily content requests for PDFs, external links, and text that display on the MyPrime.com Forms, Medicines and Pharmacy pages. Collaborates on a regular basis with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Analysts and Web Developers to find scalable solutions that optimize content and how it is presented to our customers. Authors a high-volume of Utilization Management content updates, bi-weekly, in AEM for commercial Prior Authorization, Step Therapy, and Quantity Limits pages’ program summary forms, fax forms and target drug list text. Collaborates cross-functionally on high-quality projects to create, refine, and execute user stories on the product backlog related to maintenance of content. Proactively identifies ways to streamline execution of daily content requests to maximize time and be able to pivot to urgent needs on short notice. Promptly troubleshoots AEM component solutions in cases where there are findings requiring expeditious problem-solving.
