Home Instead Senior Care is widely recognised as the UK\'s leading provider of privately funded home care. Over hours of care are delivered annually by the network of 215+ independently-owned franchise businesses, 60+ of which - so far, in February 2020- have been rated as \"outstanding\" by the CQC in England, plus one in Scotland - more than any other UK homecare provider. Home Instead has won numerous awards for both care provision and franchising, culminating in the award of the Queen\'s Award for Enterprise for Innovation in 2017 and the Princess Royal Training award. In my role with the UK National Office, I am part of a 15+ strong Innovation and Technology team which delivers the tools and processes to enable the delivery of outstanding care and profitable business growth for the 60 National Office team members and the entire HISC network. I lead the PMO function at Home Instead in the UK, managing some projects directly (both operational and technology projects) and others in a coaching or mentoring role. I also manage the business as usual development pipeline for all core operational systems, including managing the relationships with the relevant software vendors.
