I\'m currently leading talent acquisition; serving 10 European countries for Lineage; the world\'s largest temperature-controlled logistics company. Prior to Lineage, I worked in a senior management role for PeopleScout; a global provider of recruitment process outsourcing.I enjoy building and developing recruiting teams with expertise in recruitment research, pipelining and head-hunting.I want to learn more about inclusion; I am proud to be a dyslexic who got free school meals. Out of work, I’m a married to Eleanor, and dad to our sons Rory and Oscar, and daughters Iris and Ettie. We also have two cockapoos, Poppy and Mabel. We live in Bristol; in my biased opinion the greatest city in the UK!
