Negotiating Contracts and All Matters Related to Software Licensing and SaaS Agreements • Drive and manage negotiations of moderately complex agreements and other legal documents with minimal management oversight or involvement • Prepare and negotiate agreements, amendments, contractual terms and exhibits that are moderate to complex and those that are non-routine with minimal management oversight or involvement • Advise and provide legal counsel to Sales and Finance on government contractual issues to include a review of FAR, DFARS, and other government related provisions/flowdowns • Review, verify and escalate extraordinary provisions for required approvals, as needed. • Has a firm understanding of doing business with the federal government and the IT government procurement process
