    Oversee the intake of programs and projects into Engineering regardless of entry source and ensure the appropriate stakeholders and all impacted teams are identified and engaged. • Work with all stakeholders and impacted teams early in the project lifecycle to understand their requirements and determine the appropriate governance path, required checkpoints, and expected deliverables for each initiative. • Manage the governance checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle for all Engineering initiatives including the identification of projects for gating, communication with project teams, and scheduling of program/project reviews with key stakeholders. • Conduct reviews of Engineering projects at predefined milestones to ensure completion of various design, launch readiness, and operational deliverables with approvals. • Ensure projects are ready to pass their formal Technology gates through the completion of criteria such as logging health statuses, capturing important reference documentation in knowledge management tools, and satisfying other cross-functional criteria such as privacy and security checks. • Record and track outstanding audit action items to completion by each project team. • Log audit results, compile audit metrics and reporting and communicate to Engineering leadership. • Provide coaching to project teams on governance processes and requirements. • Work with project teams on risks & issues and escalate as needed to lead and/or the Tech Council for guidance. • Serve as the primary governance support contact for Engineering leadership and the Tech Council including working with other Technology boundary partners to understand their governance requirements and incorporate them into Engineering’s audit checks. • Conduct a weekly Launch Readiness Committee (LRC) analysis of Engineering projects with impending Launch gates and provide executive-level reporting on their overall readiness.
