About Christopher Geggie
As a gay Mexican kid in East Los Angeles, I didn\'t see many leaders like me when I was growing up. That\'s why I became a teacher, a community organizer, and a leadership development coach. My passion is helping people discover their authentic voice to guide themselves and others toward ethical decision-making and strategic execution of their vision, mission, and goals. I coach people to become the best versions of themselves as values-driven leaders-from high school to college to adult learners, new and senior leaders, community organizers and elected officials-I design research-based and data-informed curricula for in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences -Diversity, equity, and inclusion are always at the center of my work -Problem-solving, adding capacity, and cultivating teams to do their best work all give me life
