I help people communicate more clearly and confidently at work. I\'m a full-time faculty member at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where I teach workplace communication in a range of professional programs. I also design and deliver customized training for professionals and teams across industries. I love seeing the people I work with become more successful in their careers and lives through stronger communication skills. In a past life, I designed and led transformational outdoor adventures in some of the most beautiful places on earth—and I still get outside to cycle, trail run, and swim in the ocean whenever I can.
