I want to be part of positively impacting the lives of 100 million people in the next 10 years. That is my Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP). I believe it is possible.Leveraging over 20 years of innovative strategic planning, market development, operational execution, and leadership, I help nonprofit and for-profit organizations build out capabilities and tap into new potential. I help them go from linear to exponential growth and realize their MTPs.Regardless of education, background, and geography, anyone can have a major impact. Innovation has truly been democratized. Exponential technologies, the crowd, the shared economy, and big data can be leveraged to disrupt business as usual and make the world a better place.I\'m helping nonprofits, for-profits, and government agencies take advantage of these tools. I help draw out the impact organizations want to have, develop their strategic plans to realize that impact, build the culture and identify the innovation tools to support that strategy, and help operationalize and execute that strategy. I\'m doing what I do best - helping organizations have a greater impact: Bringing together people that would otherwise not collaborate through designing and facilitating strategic planning and open innovation workshops. Giving keynote speeches on exponential technologies, open innovation, and crowdsourcing. Serving as a thought leader to government officials and policy makers including having testified before the US Congress on open innovation, and having created a prize education series in partnership with the General Services Administration. Helping organizations identify their MTPs and build the strategy and culture to sustainably achieve their desired impact.I\'m on LinkedIn to build strategic relationships, explore new career opportunities with nonprofit and for-profit organizations, provide strategic consulting services, and provide education on open innovation, the crowd, and exponential technology.

   Serve as a Distinguished Fellow focused on helping Stimson leverage innovation. Stimson is a nonpartisan policy research center working to protect people, preserve the planet, and promote security and prosperity. Stimson’s award-winning research serves as a roadmap to address borderless threats through concerted action. Simultaneously serve as the Founding Co-Chair for the Loomis Innovation Council, a new initiative bringing together the best minds from the worlds of technology and industry, within a policy institution dedicated to pragmatic action. Current focus is architecting the initial strategy and structure of the Council.
