ABOUT CHRIS FRALEIGH
I am driven by questions of Urban and Regional Planning, GIS and Historic Preservation. My interests reside at the intersection of economic and community development, sustainability and resilience. My goals are the development of volumes of attainable housing which involves Historic Preservation. Let\'s work to answer questions about building dense, walkable, connected communities of all sized housing both for downsizing Boomers and first time homebuyers. Another question is; How can the craft brewing industry act as a tool for local development within communities and their local economies - that is, Craft Brewing combined with Historic Preservation acting as drivers to benefit Main Street Redevelopment and placemaking programming. Let\'s develop great mixed-use ideas for the re-use and redevelopment of quickly dying mall and strip-mall space, ideas which preclude demolition. Let\'s do all these things and include everyone this time. We\'re all in this together, and we need all the ideas we can get for this challenge.
