About Christopher Fleming
My motivation is to advance the world through forward thinking ideas. I\'m an entrepreneurial spirited person who loves to innovate and work hard to solve complex problems, constantly aiming to do better and learn more. I work hard to advance my projects and deliver results beyond the expectations of those I work with. I\'m a quick learner and always seek to discover new ways of working.I studied at Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business in May of 2019. I spent 2 year involved with Texas A&M\'s Entrepreneurial program learning how to start a business, starting my own business, and then teaching others how to do the same. I then moved over to our Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) program, where I drove and learned from the team, helping to win two world championships for our Formula SAE teams (2017 and 2018). From 20••••18, I also started our Baja SAE team with several others, where I was suspension team lead and testing coordinator, handling a large portion of suspension design, tuning, and full car testing. In this same year, I began and lead our underclassman development program, bringing tons of new members to our SAE program, quadrupling our program\'s membership from 20••••19. I finished my education on our Formula SAE Design Team for the 2019 season as Aerodynamics Team Lead, working with 2 others to design the aero-package for the full car. Our package consists of 4 aerodynamic devices, with myself being responsible for the design, manufacture, and testing of the undertray, testing of the all components in the Oran Nick\'s Low Speed Wind Tunnel, and composites manufacturing alongside my responsibilities of team lead.
