For approx. 3 years, I served as ClarkDietrich\'s Corporate PMO Strategist, which put me in a lead implementation and project management role. I strategized and implemented resources, best practices, and tools that benefitted operations, purchasing, finance, sales, marketing, IT and engineering. I led the planning, development, and prioritization of PMO strategies and solutions (from the ground-floor) to include implementation roadmaps, outlining workflows, milestones, and target metrics/KPI. Part of my project management role meant monitoring, auditing, and forecasting costs associated with a $200M project portfolio and an estimated $60M department budget.
