ABOUT CHRIS DRESSEL

As an executive management team member I bring strong expertise in human resources, marketing, client services and corporate communications. I contribute to the strategic direction, governance, and development of strategies and policies for the success of the organization and stakeholders, while staffing and serving as an ex officio member on board committees. I create competitive advantage by strengthening the organization\'s reputation, performance, and delivery of products and services. This is accomplished through strategic and tactical integration of talent management & acquisition, business development & retention strategies, customer service standards, and consistent brand messaging.My strength is anticipating industry trends, and predicting customer and employee behavior, preparing the organization for future opportunities and challenges. I lead across functions to deliver growth and profitability, through ensuring operational and employee productivity and effectiveness. I use personal engagement with employees at all levels, inviting their participation, ideas, and best practices.
