About Chris Drakeford

I am a creative problem solver with a passion for people and their experiences. I love to create simple, beautiful, and intuitive experiences, and believe that great design is the result of what comes before colors, fonts, and pixels. I believe in understanding people, their stories, and what drives them. Drawing on these insights creatively and strategically is critical to producing compelling design solutions. I’m comfortable working through all phases of the design process from user research to coordinating with developers to execute on pixel perfect designs across multiple devices. I’m most at home drawing on research insights and business goals to problem solve and work with stakeholders to ideate/iterate towards compelling design solutions. I’ve always been intrigued by how design impacts the world around us and am interested in solving problems that bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds. When I’m not designing I like to run, explore new types of music, and travel.
