About Chris Moss

I am a data, analytics, and AI executive with 20 years of experience leading enterprise transformations and delivering measurable business impact. At Bose, I serve as Senior Director with responsibility for the global Data, Analytics, and AI organization and strategy. I report to the Chief Strategy Officer, present regularly to the CEO and Board, and lead a 50+ person team driving a company-wide transformation to modernize our data foundation and embed AI and GenAI into decision-making across the business.Previously, I scaled Liberty Mutual’s innovation lab (Solaria Labs) into a multi-disciplinary product and data organization, launching new brands and AI products. At BAE Systems, I directed an R&D division, secured over $100M in contracts, and led DARPA-sponsored AI and autonomy programs. I hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and bring a unique blend of AI strategy, engineering leadership, and executive communication to help companies unlock business value from data and AI at scale.
