As the Head of Recruitment at Gateley Plc, I am responsible for leading the recruitment function and aligning all hiring strategies with the business goals across the Group. My expertise includes experienced hiring and early careers recruitment, and I have a proven track record of developing diverse talent pipelines and forecasting talent needs for the future to create a sustainable competitive advantage for the business. My key responsibilities include providing a focus on the group-wide attraction and delivery of candidates to all business entities to enable the group to deliver strategic growth. I have strong expertise in aligning external and internal recruitment processes to ensure they are fair and equitable, as well as partnering with L&D to identify internal talent. I also lead the team to build awareness of the internal and external hiring landscapes, providing thought leadership and market intelligence on the external talent landscape. In addition, I am accountable for driving delivery of recruitment services against the framework and in line with agreed targets, meeting diversity targets, and delivering high-quality candidate experience including robust and efficient selection methodologies.
