Woods Grove is a unique gift shop started in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn that offers a carefully curated assortment of merchandise from local artisans and international brands, alongside a mix of vintage furniture and décor. The store sells cards, candles, jewelry, accessories, home items, beauty, games, specialty foods, and more; each product has a story that they want to share with their visitors. It was founded in 2015 by Chris DiChiaro, who took inspiration for the store’s name from a road near Westport CT that he frequented. In 2018, Chris brought on his friend Robby Schnall, a seasoned marketing and retail executive, as his business partner. With more than 40 years of retail experience, the duo expanded the business to attract new merchants and shoppers from all around the world. In 2020, when stores were forced to shut down due to the pandemic, Chris and Robby launched a fully functioning e-commerce site with in-store pickup and domestic shipping. In July 2022, Woods Grove opened a second location in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
