As a critical part of business transformation, leading one of the largest corporate GM portfolios at Canada Post, providing critical insights and valued data to the right people at the right time. Responsible for the teams delivering data services for the CPC Data Products and Smart Mail Marketing business, delivering business intelligence and advanced analytics data and tools, employing data management principles through the Data Governance Office, and measuring corporate service performance including the international pay-for-performance program. Accountable for the transformation scorecard and reporting of key business metrics and insights to senior management and the Board. Board reporting on business performance and co-chair of the Canada Post Pension Plan Communication and Consultation Group. Along with a dedicated team from Innovapost, the team delivers continuous improvement BI & Data analytics technologies, processes and people to improve efficiency, reduce costs and expand capabilities both internally and externally with customers and consumers. All of this is done through strong relationships with all areas of the Canada Post business.
