1. General Manager - the Spheres and Meeting Center

   Directs property operations and project research, development, and implementation for The Spheres (58K SF of unique horticulture focused work space that hosts events and tours, including periodic public access), Meeting Center (80K SF mini convention center), and the Day 1 Playfield. Both buildings have ground floor retail tenants. Administers vendor contracts and retail leases. Manages budget, partnering with internal finance teams and the client. Collaborates closely with Engineering, Facilities, Program, and Event managers associated with the properties. Adapts to account management changes while seamlessly providing concierge service to tenants and client.• Manages R&D of prototype horticulture lighting and stop-gap measures to bridge development process.• Engineered, designed, constructed, and installed the rigging for a prototype planter test by the horticulture team.• Directed redesign of the glass curtain wall IGUs for The Spheres to rely on readily available materials for expedited fabrication and to compensate for production methods no longer available.
