My work focuses on identifying where intent has become diluted or contested, and on realigning structures, incentives, and ways of working so that change serves a clear business purpose rather than becoming an end in itself.I am the author of Purpose-Driven Agility, which sets out a principle-led approach to repairing stalled transformations and leading new ones without defaulting to prescriptive frameworks or one-size-fits-all models.
