As a Construction and Design Professional, I manage the entire life cycle of a construction project from budget inception through closeout.Having designed buildings as an Architect, built them as a Superintendent and now oversee projects via Project Management has made me one of the most well rounded and well versed Construction and Design Professionals in the industry. There is very little if any, I cannot figure out, problem solve or overcome with the inherent challenges in our industry. By having both Design and Construction backgrounds, I can build efficiently and quickly as well as look out for the design aesthetic the designers are after. Additionally I am very adept at problem solving and cost management thus adding to the bottom line.Perfect bridge between Field and Office from many years in both worlds.
