ABOUT CHRIS COCKING

An astute, organised and sincere young professional with over four years experience within financial services, with a particular focus on building and nurturing relationships for successful and optimal outcomes. Proven track record in winning business and outperforming benchmarks and targets.Whilst initially working primarily within the mortgage sector, I have recently transitioned into the financial planning sector with the goal of becoming THE financial planner / wealth manager people want to go to help them build and maintain intergenerational wealth alongside achieving their goals. I\'ve always had a passion for sound money management and networking; two key attributes that a financial planner / wealth manager must have. The world has never been wealthier with opportunities abound to enlarge one\'s prosperity - a futuristic and dynamic service utilising technology such as AI rooted in the traditional values of honesty, empathy and authenticity is where I believe financial planners / wealth managers will be best placed to help people fulfil their dreams, passions and objectives. This is where I aspire to be beside my future clients.My immediate aim to become L4 qualified via the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and then to become Chartered as soon as possible thereafter. This will be alongside developing my knowledge of the profession in tandem with the skills necessary to provide clients with an exemplary service. I will also ingrain CPD into my work beyond the minimum by forever expanding my expertise through further courses, qualifications, reading and by other formal/informal means.
