Europe’s largest multi-million transformation programme, migrating EE’s externally hosted infrastructure and applications onto a BT Enterprise Cloud solution. The scope included the migration of sensitive and business-critical applications, webservices and associated hardware whilst ensuring minimal customer impact. Additional business process and security enhancements were also delivered to a timeframe dictated by the termination of a major 3rd party support contract.A key member of the Programme Management team, solely responsible for building and maintaining an integrated programme plan, comprising deliveries across 53 projects and other major transformational programmes. The single point of contact for all planning changes, assimilating new approved demand to model delivery options and associated impacts. Working closely with project managers and development partners (business & technical) to understand internal and external dependencies. Attended and facilitated change control boards & steering committees to ensure timely and accurate decision making. Directly supported implementation planning and delivery where appropriate.Key Achievements:• Implemented a Change and Release governance framework to support an unprecedented volume of change across the programme. Created a Programme Forward Schedule of Change, effectively a single version of the truth, which proved invaluable to Business Engagement, Comms, Service and Delivery Management. • Defined, built and integrated a platform for a new Launch & Release function. With key benefits of risk reduction, implementation consistency, post-release hyper care and command & control. Ultimately recognised for its reusability and best practices for major programmes across BT/EE.
