Tasked with leading change management activities for a global user base while supporting the User Education & Knowledge Management team by providing input, requirements, assistance in communication and training efforts in order to drive product and service adoption and also ensuring engagement of all shareholders, such as the Operations, Engineering, and Product Management teams. Key Contributions: • Partner with stakeholders and Project Managers to integrate change management activities into project plans. • Collaborate with stakeholders, UEKM and Communications teams to assist with building campaigns for large impact deployments. • Coach stakeholders on adoption plans, while considering other overlapping/overarching initiatives and/or blackout dates. • Conduct impact analysis to assess change readiness. • Create benchmarks to assess potential end-user impact. • Identify and engage key stakeholders for ‘go / no-go’ review. • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. • Partner with the QA team to track and report issues. • Proactively identify and manage any anticipated resistance to change.
