   Built several classification and regression machine learning models using credit bureau data, bank statement data, identity verification data and alternative data, to detect possible default loans and analyze loan profitability using Python, reduced First Payment Default rate and Cost Per Funded under for Payday Installment Loans throughout the entire process, from lead generation till collection management • Provided business plans, market search, financial projections and analysis for new Payday Installment Loan Lenders, including cash flow analysis and profitability analysis. Campaigns include online lead providers, organic traffic, direct mail, etc. • Queried data from several SQL databases, connected APIs with data vendors, web scrapped reports from client\'s websites, to generated business intelligence reports to monitor clients’ key performance indicators using R Shiny, such as lead acceptance rate, conversion rate, default rate, return on investment, etc • Searched and negotiated with lead providers, data vendors, bank statement service providers to acquire better source and pricing for IceKredit and clients, designed IceKredit’s own anti-fraud data products based on bank statement and company registration data • Worked cross functionally with marketing team, product management team and software development team, coordinated the development process of IceKredit’s loan management system and decision engine • Participated and coordinated in 4 new client loan companies’ initiation of our company’s model and strategies
