Discovered a market need within the diving industry and took the project from concept phase to the delivery of a Minimum Viable Product.• Applied agile product management practices taught by field experts at the Rady School of Management• Self taught data analyst. Collected open source buoy data, created the first visibility data set, correlated the two, and with the help of an analytics intern created the first underwater visibility predictive algorithm using R• Single handedly grew local web traffic to over 2500 monthly users with no paid advertising• Hired a firm to build the app, which gave first hand experience as a client• Personally developed and delivered over 50 presentations on all aspects of the product including design, customer journey maps, wire frames, business model, and pitches to investors• Created a freediving meetup group of over 1100 members and ran 59 diving events to gather customer insights, generate good PR, and build a reputation within the community
