In his internal investigations practice, Chris Carusone conducts confidential investigations for Fortune 500 companies and other businesses into allegations of waste, fraud, and misconduct within the organization. Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Chris served as a grand jury lawyer and Chief Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where he was in charge of the Statewide Investigating Grand Jury. Over the course of his career, Chris Carusone has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict and has represented clients in over 100 hearings before labor arbitrators and hearing officers. Chris Carusone has also argued cases in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
