Businesses need to have a good team that focuses on telephony, marketing, software, backup and disaster recovery, and mobility. My role is to help business owners create a plan of action to address compliance issues, technical issues, security and more so that that they can boldly grow the business and focus on what it is that they are good at. Then I coordinate with technology experts to make sure that plan is put into place.
